Corporations
Through our staff and associates LIVE provides leadership coaching, consultations and training. LIVE can provide evaluations of team communication and alignment, and team relationships and effectiveness in relation to corporate vision and objectives. LIVE has developed various models for planning, establishing and relating the various teams in an organization to the overall mission, vision and objectives of the larger corporation. We call this macro-team building.
LIVE also offers senior executives private and confidential counseling and coaching.
First, while we do offer pre-packaged team and communication training seminars (see below), we prefer to offer a developing relationship:

Providing a detailed leadership and team evaluation with a written report;

Developing proposals to enable corporate leadership to improve, implement and monitor team effectiveness in relation to corporate objectives, and to ensure effective vertical communication of vital information and feedback.

Providing specifically designed leadership, communication, and team training programs that assist implementing the proposals by LIVE.

Providing follow-up evaluations of the implemented team building programs to ensure that they continue to be effective.
A second area of leadership development by LIVE is the development of corporate vision as a tool for enabling change that moves toward new business opportunities and the development of team innovation and creativity.
