In this area LIVE has two commitments - first to the training of students as leaders, and secondly, in helping to develop educational institutions as leadership training institutions.         LIVE is committed to equipping seniors in high school and college to be successful in their future college and professional careers. Working with qualified teachers and lecturers students are trained in various leadership skills including communications, planning and program management. This training is offered through special seminars and one-on-one coaching.         LIVE is committed to aiding educational institutions in their development as training institutions. LIVE offers school administrators and school board members leadership coaching, consultations and training. This aid includes seminars on vision leadership and policy governance. LIVE's approach involves evaluating the institution's need, designing a program that fits the institution, and then helping in the training for implementation.
